Parenting Toddlers - Parenting Toddlers

My boiling point

"A child should be personified with an image of innocence, play and purity. But what happens when a child’s naked body is photographed, printed and displayed in an art gallery? Is it child abuse or not?" Really Long Link

A sick bastard, son-of-a-gun father exploited her daughter's naked picture on the cover of Art Month Australia magazine. Olympia, who is only 6 year-old back then, is so innocent and don't know how immoral his father has done to her. His father, who is an art critic moron, should be in a death row and this magazine company that published it should be burned to the ground. They can both burn in the hottest part of hell! This idiot father can display his naked butt on the cover of this magazine and he can call it art or whatever the heck he wants to call himself. The worst thing is that the girl, who’s now a teenager, said that she doesn’t see anything wrong about it. I think his father brainwashed her by telling her that it’s all just for art. Art my a*s if you just want to be famous by exploiting your child to the world! I mean it’s not even a question of why he did what he did, we don’t give a damn! But what we give a damn is how pedophiles are going to devour it like vultures hungry for innocent victims. You can see right through the child’s eyes, her innocence, only to be taken away by strangers. I don’t even wanna think about it. Innocence is something that should be protected in a child, especially by their guardians, who, sometimes, we call as parents. It is our utmost responsibility to protect the image of our child, even to protect them from ourselves, our vanity and our own obsession. I know. I’m, somewhat, guilty of these, as I’ve posted some pictures of my daughters in some websites. Until now, I can still feel the creeps when some stranger posted some comment on one of my videos, showing my baby daughter taking a bath. I, immediately, set the video to private mode only. My husband warned me about this but I was so naive back then. Too naive for my own daughter’s sake.
